4. Campurkan minyak zaitun, jus lemon, garam, dan merica hitam dalam mangkuk. Aduk hingga bahan-bahannya tercampur rata.
5. Campurkan quinoa, tomat, mentimun, bawang bombai, dan daun peterseli dalam mangkuk besar. Tuangkan campuran minyak zaitun di atasnya dan aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata.
6. Sajikan salad quinoa dalam piring saji dan nikmati!
